One last party project...
I found this project here and couldn't resist making them. You can also buy them as a kit here if you wanna shortcut. These were great for color and really easy on a cheap budget...the best combo ever!
- tissue paper
- scissors
- yarn
Step 1: get tissue paper in your color scheme (or use whatever you have in the wrapping paper closet...yes, I have an entire closet) and either yarn, fishing line, floral wire or anything you want to tie and hang with.

Step 2: Stack 10 sheets of tissue paper and fold accordian style using 1.5" folds.
Step 3: Tie in the middle. You can either round off the ends or cut a v shape to make a point. I did a little of both for variety.
Step 4: Carefully pull apart the sheets of tissue until perfectly fluffed!
Step 5: Repeat and enjoy :)
